I downloaded a neat app that lets you check whether or not ingredients are vegan or not. Pretty handy when your out and have your phone. Its called Animal-Free by Symbiotic Software.

I was at starbucks and i ordered a soy latte which is vegan. The woman there announced the order, “tall latte with soy” and i walk up to get it and some jerk with his girlfriend says, “Soy? Ive read this, that, and this.” which pissed me off, so as im walking by i say at least it doesnt have puss, allergens, and hormones like milk does. Some people are ignorant…

I found a tip that if you consume protein (soy, beans, nuts of course) after you work out and before bed your body gets better results, speaking of which I feel a lot better going back to the gym after a few days of absence.

Pissed off today locked my keys in my car downtown in this shit hole I live in. With idiots yelling out their windows at me while I’m standing in the cold. Sick of people complaining about fuel prices. First off get rid of that big fat American suv, a Toyota sedan 4 cylinder (that gets 35 - 40 mpg) is more American than an American vehicle now that the good old USA likes to outsource parts. Secondly, stop going 85 mph on the highway. The faster you go, the more drag, the more drag less fuel efficiency.
I don’t think you realize how beautiful you really are. Inside and out, a beauty not like that cheap plastic and trendy magazine “beauty”. But unique, one of kind that makes you, you. It makes me cry, tears of joy knowing I met someone like you, when before I never knew beauty like you even existed. I love you.
